How to create your digital identity with TrustMe?

1. You are over 18 years old and you own an identity document. Download the application and follow the instructions.

2. Validate the Terms Of Use.

3. Fulfill your last name (option) and your first name (option) and your mobile phone number. Then enter the One Time Password (OTP) received by SMS.

4. Select your authentication method : login + password and/or biometric.

5. Scan your identity document and take a selfie video to perform face matching combined with liveness detection with the objective to confirm your are the one behind the smartphone.

6. We check the legal information you have provided in compliance with the law.

7. Your digital identity is ready in real time.

8. You can now complete your Id. Wallet at your own pace.

How to use your TrustMe digital identity ?

1. Whenever a website proposes to use your TrustMe digital identity to use their services.

2. Just click on the "Connect with TrustMe" button.

3. Scan the QR code displayed on the website or enter your mobile phone number.

4. Authenticate yourself on the TrustMe App with your authentication method. This strong authentication procedure warranties your access by ensuring that it is really you who has initiated the connection request.

5. Approve on your mobile phone the transaction you want to validate.

6. Give your consent, on your mobile phone, to share your personal data.

7. The transaction is validated and you can access the requested service.

8. You can visualize your transactions backlog.

9. In option, you can also confirm you identity to an another TrustMe user on-line and/or face-to-face.
