Weapon levels!
You can finally use the item cards you've been accumulating since update 0.10. All weapons now have 15 levels of power, you can collect and upgrade towards.
* Many many balance changes.
* Nymphedora the Marksman is free to play again this week.
* Fixed various bugs, among them an annoying disconnection bug which left empty inventories in combat.
