1Sport is a universal mobile application with free training and programs from professional trainers and sports stars. Train in sports: football, volleyball, swimming, running, Pilates and strengthen your body with general physical training (GPP).
Using the 1Sport application, you can not only practice your favorite sport, but also determine your current level of training. We have special control training sessions that will help you evaluate your capabilities.
1Sport provides not only training programs, but also selections of workouts in different directions. You can also collect workouts yourself from a huge database of exercises.
If you're preparing for a competition, the 1Sport app gives you the opportunity to choose a training program specifically designed to prepare for the event. In the application you can participate in virtual competitions - challenges. This is a great way to test your skills, compare your results and enjoy the spirit of competition.
Main functions of the application:
• Plan the training process.
• Select training programs created taking into account various levels of training.
• Receive individual programs from trainers.
• Track metrics and progress.
• Train in the disciplines: football, athletics (running), swimming, volleyball, fitness (GPP) and Pilates. Sports will be added.
• Participate in virtual competitions.
The application works on iOS, Android devices and web browsers.
